Bischoff Glass hand blown compote or candle vase in copperette. Copperette is what Bischoff called their pinkish peach color.
It has a recess in the bottom for a candle or can be used as a vase. Another unusual feature is the foot. Most hand blown pieces has a foot that is applied after shaping the piece. On this one the foot is actually an integral part of the piece.
Bischoff closed in the early 1960s but used to be in Culloden West Virginia just a few miles from Blenko.
No chips or cracks, very clean.
