Blenko Glass hand blown vase 6215V in violet. This was originally designed by Wayne Husted as a decanter and added to the catalog in 1962. In the early 2000s it was reintroduced as a vase #6215V. It is not ground for a stopper.
Very clean, no chips or cracks.
Made in West Virginia.
