Blenko Glass #64-D Turquoise Blue Optic Vase. This vase was designed by Joel Myers and added to the catalog in 1964. It has great optics in the glass. It's 9 1/2 inches tall. There is a fire polished pontil mark on the bottom. I see no condition issues.
