Blenko Glass Sapphire Blue Air Twist Paperweight #68-B. Designed by Joel Myers and added to the catalog in 1968. The color sapphire was added in the late 1970's. The paperweight is about 3 inches in diameter. There are a few small air bubbles in the glass, normal for handmade glass. There is a fire polished pontil marks. There are no chips or cracks.
