Blenko Azure Blue Crackle Glass Vase #2120-S. Designed by Matt Carter and added to the catalog in 2001. It is stamped "Blenko 2001" on the bottom. It is 7 1/4 inches tall and About 5 inches wide. It has a fire polished pontil. There is one small air bubble on the rim and a small air bubble on the side. There are no chips, cracks, or water damage.
