The bottom is signed by Daniel Chapman, the mold maker, and Perry Bayes, the glass blower. It is stamped Blenko 2015 and WVMP on the bottom. The pontil mark is fire polished. The Blenko sticker is attached. It is 6 1/2 inches tall, not including the cork, and 3 1/4 inches in diameter across the bottom. There are no chips, cracks, or other issues.
